Only legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Employees of Yucatan Holidays/Hacienda Tres Rios, and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and each of their respective advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (hereinafter, collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Grand Prize:
Five days and four nights for two adults at Hacienda Tres Rios with Endless Luxury All-Inclusive Plan that includes unlimited meals, snacks, and drinks in any of the properties’ restaurants and bars, plus 24-hour room service. To ensure that you never have to leave the resort for culinary variety, the property boasts fine Mexican, Italian, Asian fusion, seafood and International cuisine, along with poolside snack bars, a pâtisserie, and a brick-oven pizzeria. Also includes roundtrip transportation to and from the airport and $30 SPA credit certificate per person.

The following rules and restrictions apply to Co Hacienda Tres Rios :

Complimentary stay is not guaranteed for requested dates, as prize is subject to budgeted complimentary room space availability. This package is for accommodations and all inclusive package for 2 adults over the age of 25. If married, must travel with spouse. When activating/registering your vacation, you will need to provide a $49 reservation fee. Reservations must be made 30 to 45 days prior to desired travel date during low peak seasons and 60 to 90 days prior to desired travel date during high peak seasons (March 15 – April 15; June 15 – August 15; December 15- January 7 and major USA/Mexican Holidays.) Mexican daily government taxes will apply.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Yucatan Holidays or its affiliated promotional vacation offers.
