OFFICIAL RULES

1. Only legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Employees of Couples Resorts, and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and each of their respective advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (hereinafter, collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER:

2. You may enter the Sweepstakes by accessing the entry screen and completing the on-screen entry form, and transmitting the information by July 15, 2009. Your full name, and email address are required for entry. Limit one entry per person/email address. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online carrier apply. An entry made via the Internet will be deemed to have been made by the "authorized account holder" of the email address utilized at the time the entry is made, provided such person meets the eligibility requirements of these rules. For purposes herein, the "authorized account holder" refers to the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. If an entrant is determined to have sent more than one entry, that entrant will be disqualified. All entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for transmission and/or computer error. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (i) electronic transmissions/entries that are lost, late, incomplete, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, or not received by the Sponsor or its agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is further not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and in such case to randomly award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such suspension or cancellation.

RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING/WINNERS:

3. The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about July 17, 2009. Each entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the information included in his/her entry. The prize drawing will be conducted by Custom Marketing Group. The prize drawing shall be final and conclusive. The odds of winning the Prize will be determined by the actual number of eligible entries received. Potential Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within ten (10) days of first written notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. If the prize is won by a minor (under 21 years of age), it will be awarded in the minor's behalf to his/her parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents and accompany minor on trip. If prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine legitimate operation of a sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from and/or to prosecute any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any such tampering also will result in ineligibility to win the Prize in the Sweepstakes.

CONDITIONS:

5. The Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing, are not in any way liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from or in connection with the acceptance, possession and use of the Prize, or participation in this promotion or in any prize-related activities, including but not limited to travel related thereto. The winner assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or prize-related activities, or by the use or misuse of the Prize.

6. No prize substitution allowed except as provided herein. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize winner is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the payment of all applicable income taxes on the prize. By entering the sweepstakes and checking in the opt-in boxes, the entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use his or her name for promotional purposes in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation or any additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). The Sweepstakes is subject to these Terms & Conditions/Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants and the winners agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity, inequity or error in the Terms & Conditions/Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, and/or of the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions/Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, which in all respects shall be final and binding.

8. Prize Rules: Complimentary stay is not guaranteed for requested dates, as prize is subject to budgeted complimentary room space availability. Prize travel must be completed before July 1, 2010.

Blackout dates apply as follows, all resorts:

December 25 – March 31; and June 30 – July 11

Couples Swept Away October 8-12.

Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Expiration extensions will not be permitted. Upgrades may be purchased upon arrival at the resort, subject to current rates and availability.

Airfare is not included. If requesting travel April 1st – July 15th, your stay will be confirmed no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival date. If requesting travel July 16 – December 24, your stay will be confirmed no earlier than 90 days prior to arrival date. Complimentary nights can be requested outside booking window if additional 3 nights are purchased at applicable US rate.
