December edition “Win a Caribbean Vacation” Sweepstakes

1. ELIGIBILITY: The "Win a Caribbean Vacation" Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the US and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Custom Marketing Group, El Conquistador Resort and any of their affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Custom Marketing Group ("Sponsor") on behalf of Life Needs Caribbean September addition.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.

4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on December 2nd, 2010 and ends on March 31st, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. BST (the "Entry Period"). Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

5. ENTRY: ONLINE: Submit the online entry form included in this promotion. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Any use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all entries by that entrant. All entries become the property of Custom will not be responsible for late or misdirected, damaged, illegible, lost, stolen or postage-due entries.

6. DRAWING: On or about April 10th, 2011, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER: Except where prohibited, the potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received.

8. PRIZE INCLUDES: 4 Day/3 Night Family Vacation at El Conquistador Resort which includes ocean view accommodations for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids-17 and under) including daily water park passes.

9. Prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded.

10. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of prize.

11. RELEASE: By receipt of a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

12. BLACKOUT DATES & AVAILABILITY: Subject to availability and blackout dates based on occupancy. Not valid on holidays.

The Prize is subject to additional limitations and restrictions other than what is stated above.
